This consent covers https://photo-clean.ru, the account portal, the API, and the CleanPhoto mobile application. The CleanPhoto service owner, personal data controller, rights holder, and service provider is Васильева Анастасия Олеговна, an individual applying the Russian Professional Income Tax regime (self-employed; not registered as an individual entrepreneur), Russian TIN 027619297120. 2. Data and purposes
Phone number for one-time SMS delivery; a keyed HMAC and last four digits in the Accounts database; account UUID, language, registration and sign-in times, session and security data, accepted document versions, support messages, aggregate demo count, and pseudonymous plan and subscription status. The purposes are account access, Premium synchronization, contract performance, support, and abuse prevention. Photos and videos are excluded and remain on the device.
3. Processing and recipients
Automated collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, authorized disclosure, restriction, deletion, and destruction. Identity and billing databases are physically separate. Processors may include Russian hosting; Stream Telecom (an Omnicom platform) for one-time code delivery after contracting and configuration; Apple for StoreKit; and Robokassa and the acquiring bank for website payments.
4. Term and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until its purposes are met or it is withdrawn, unless retention is required by law or contract. Withdraw by emailing info@photo-clean.ru or deleting the account. Without data required for account access, Premium synchronization cannot operate; local demo access remains available.
