1. Acceptance and license
By using Photo Clean or creating an account, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Photo Clean grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for lawful personal use. The Russian operator's complete details are being updated following an identity-document change. Website payments are disabled and this version is not used to enter into new paid agreements until the details are added. Contact: info@photo-clean.ru.
2. Demo access
You may review up to 100 unique media items per calendar month without an account. The local limit resets on the first day of each month according to the device calendar and time zone. The first keep, delete, or compare decision on an item in the current month consumes one unit; re-review in the same month does not consume another unit, and undo does not restore it.
3. Premium
Premium unlocks unlimited review and the features shown on the paywall. Website launch prices are RUB 290 per month, RUB 2,990 per year, and RUB 4,990 for a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple purchases display the actual localized App Store price. Lifetime access has no set expiry date, but does not guarantee perpetual operation of the product or service.
4. Apple purchases
Digital Premium on iOS is sold through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions, while lifetime Premium is a separate non-consumable purchase with no auto-renewal. Price and currency are supplied by the App Store for the Apple Account storefront and may differ from the RUB reference prices. Apple handles subscription management, restoration, and Apple-purchase refund requests.
5. Website purchases
After website payments are enabled, authenticated users may purchase through Robokassa. The amount, period, and recurring-payment terms are displayed before payment. For a monthly or annual plan, the user separately confirms “I authorize Photo Clean to make recurring charges to my payment method…” with the exact amount and schedule for the selected plan. The checkbox is not preselected. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges while access remains through the paid term.
6. Android and access sync
The initial Google Play and RuStore builds contain no checkout, prices, or web-payment links. Users may sign in and synchronize an existing Premium entitlement. The server calculates access from verified Apple or web-provider events.
7. Accounts and duplicate subscriptions
You must secure access to your phone number, SIM/eSIM, and devices and never share one-time SMS codes. Closing the app does not sign you out; current and other active sessions can be revoked. Photo Clean checks known entitlements before a new purchase and warns about a possible subscription from another source. Apple and website renewals are managed independently, so you must cancel an unwanted renewal in its original channel.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation affects future renewal and is not itself a refund. Apple decides Apple-purchase refunds. Website requests may be sent to info@photo-clean.ru and are handled under applicable consumer law, delivered digital service, and provider rules.
9. Media deletion and backups
Photo Clean prepares a deletion list and the operating system asks you to confirm. Review the list and back up important files. Recovery depends on the operating system and cloud-library settings.
10. Acceptable use
You may not technically bypass the demo limit, attack the app or API, distribute malicious code, infringe third-party rights, or resell access without permission.
11. Availability, IP, and liability
The service is provided “as is” and may change. To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Rights in the code, design, text, and branding belong to the rights holder or are lawfully used.
12. Changes and contact
