1. Provider and status of this document
The Russian operator's complete details are being updated following an identity-document change. Website payments are disabled and this version is not used to enter into new paid agreements until the details are added. Contact: info@photo-clean.ru. This document is a public offer to enter into a paid digital service agreement under Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. It is addressed to legally capable individuals using Photo Clean for personal purposes.
2. Service
The Provider grants paid digital access to Photo Clean Premium features in the mobile application and related account portal. Premium removes the monthly 100-file demo limit and enables the features shown on the plan screen. Photos and videos are processed locally on the device and are not transferred to the Provider. No physical goods are sold or delivered. The feature set may evolve while the core purpose of Premium is preserved.
3. Plans and access period
The website offers: Monthly Premium — RUB 290 for one month; Annual Premium — RUB 2,990 for one year; Unlimited-term Premium — a one-time RUB 4,990 purchase. The displayed amount is final for the selected period; the Provider applies the Russian Professional Income Tax regime and does not charge VAT. Unlimited-term Premium has no fixed expiry date and remains linked to the user account while Photo Clean and the relevant access function are maintained. It is not a promise to operate the product forever.
4. Checkout and acceptance
The user signs in with a one-time SMS code, selects a plan, reviews this Offer and the Privacy Policy, and proceeds to payment. Auto-renewal requires a separate checkbox that is not preselected. The agreement is concluded after these actions and successful payment. The plan, amount, period, and renewal status displayed before payment form part of the agreement.
5. Payment, activation, and receipt
Website payments are processed by Robokassa and participating banks. The Provider does not receive the full card number, expiry date, or CVV. Access is activated after the payment provider confirms the transaction and normally appears automatically in the same account. As a Russian Professional Income Tax payer, the Provider issues a receipt through the My Tax system or an authorized payment partner and arranges delivery to the contact supplied during payment.
6. Auto-renewal
Auto-renewal applies only to Monthly or Annual Premium after the user separately confirms: “I authorize Photo Clean to make recurring charges to my payment method…”. The checkbox is never preselected. For Monthly Premium, Photo Clean charges RUB 290 every month for Photo Clean Premium access, with the first renewal one month after the initial successful payment. For Annual Premium, Photo Clean charges RUB 2,990 every 12 months, with the first renewal 12 months after the initial successful payment. Charges continue on the same schedule until auto-renewal is disabled. If that calendar date does not exist, renewal occurs on the last day of the month. Unlimited-term Premium does not renew. Future charges can be disabled with the “Disable auto-renewal” control in the account portal at photo-clean.ru/account or by contacting info@photo-clean.ru. The revocation is recorded and paid access remains active until the end of the period. A new renewal price or schedule applies only after notice and renewed consent.
7. Rights and responsibilities
The Provider supplies paid access, discloses material terms before payment, provides support, and takes reasonable account-security measures. Access may be suspended for a reversed payment, abuse, an attack on the service, or unlawful use. The user supplies accurate information, protects the phone number, device, and one-time codes, and does not share the account, circumvent the demo limit, or interfere with the application, API, or payment logic.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges only and is not by itself a refund for the current period. A user may withdraw and request a refund where required by Russian consumer law, taking into account access already provided and the Provider’s documented expenses. Requests are sent to info@photo-clean.ru with the payment date and amount, transaction identifier if available, and the last four digits of the account phone number. Full card details and SMS codes must not be sent. Apple purchases are handled under Apple’s rules and are not website payments under this Offer.
9. Personal data and intellectual property
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy at https://photo-clean.ru/en/privacy. Card data is processed by the payment provider; the Provider retains only the transaction and entitlement information required for the service. Media contents are not uploaded to Photo Clean servers. The Provider offers access to the application, design, and software code on a lawful basis. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of personal use for the paid access period.
10. Liability and service operation
The parties are liable under Russian law, and mandatory consumer rights are not limited. The Provider is not responsible for failures of operating systems, stores, banks, networks, or other independent services, but will help investigate payment and access status within its control. Files are finally deleted only after the user confirms the operating-system prompt. The user checks the selected files and backups.
11. Term, changes, and disputes
This Offer is effective from publication at https://photo-clean.ru/en/offer until replaced or withdrawn. The version accepted at purchase governs the paid period; later changes do not retroactively reduce paid rights. Material renewal changes require renewed consent. Russian law applies. Notices are sent to info@photo-clean.ru. The parties will try to resolve disputes by correspondence, without limiting the user’s right to contact regulators or a competent court. If translations differ, the Russian text controls for payments accepted by the Russian Provider.
